The Link-Belt® Sure Align Tracker
The Link-Belt® Sure Align Tracker by Conveyors Plus is a belt conveyor alignment system for the mining, oil, gas, and material handling sectors. It is an affordable and proven system that immediately increases safety, productivity, and cost savings.
Since its inception in 2004, the Sure Align Tracker has experienced widespread acceptance of this innovative and highly successful alignment system in major mines worldwide. Systems are currently installed with Newmont, FMI, Xstrata, BHP, Lafarge, Barrick, Rio Tinto, Vale, Goldcorp, Detour, Codelco, IOC, Brigus Gold, DeBeers Diamond Mines, Coal mines, CNRL Oil Sands and Potash Corporation.
The belt trackers are used on belt widths from 12 to 160 inches. The rollers are manufactured with half-inch rubber lagging, and the return trackers are installed on the clean side of the belt. The trackers are proven effective on belts ranging from slow-speed feeder belts (less than 0.1MPS or 0.3FPS) to high-speed belts (up to 7MPS or 23 FPS).
DUAL RETURN TRACKER
The new Dual Vee Return Tracker and Dual Flat Return Tracker are the only Dual Roller design trackers that can be installed on either the dirty side or clean side of the belt. These trackers have a multi-pivot design which uses a mechanical advantage to shift the guide roller and move the two steering rollers with minimum force to their correct position. The two-roller design is installed on flat return belts and V return belts.
FLAT RETURN TRACKER
The Flat Return Tracker is the original Sure Align Tracker product. Its simple design addresses most of the conveyor problems we encounter.
TROUGH TRACKER
The Trough Tracker has a unique patented design that is very different from other trough trackers. With minimum misalignment of 1/8″ of the center line of the conveyor, all three rubber-lagged rollers turn in the same direction simultaneously. This immediately responds to the misalignment to steer the belt back to the center position.
V RETURN TRACKER
The V Return Tracker is an adaptation of the original Sure Align Tracker designed for conveyors utilizing angled belt systems.
