Front-End Engineering
Front-End Engineering, or FEE, service is an industry accepted and successfully used approach for the conceptual development of process and industrial projects. FEE is the work required to produce quality processes and engineering documentations of sufficient depth that defines an industrial project’s requirements for detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction of an industrial facility or integration project. Procurement
This plan creates the framework for a strategic procurement schedule that ensures on-time deliveries to help maintain construction timeline. This plan determines the timeline for purchasing each item and identifies critical procurement milestones that should be updated as the plan progresses to assess any impacts on the project. Procurement management plans help the procurement team organize and prioritize all procurement activities at a commodity level while determining the optimal sequencing of activities. This plan should be shared with all involved parties to provide full transparency regarding critical procurement-related activities.

We are licensed and insured to perform Heavy Industrial & Commercial Construction. We employ an extensive labor and craft pool that features highly trained and vigilant on-staff supervisors and craftsmen nationwide. Our EPC services include support for commissioning/start-up, operating, and facility shutdowns for integration. We offer resources in Civil/Structural, Piping/Mechanical, Instrumentation/Electrical/Automation, Quality Assurance & Control and Heavy Equipment Operators.
