Vibration Screens with Direct Excitation of the Screen
Our vibration screens are characterized by high-frequency vibration, which is directly transmitted to the screen cloth. The screen housing remains static and does not move with the screen. This is not only energy-efficient and extremely precise, but also protects the building or steel structure from dynamic loads during screening, since no vibrations are transmitted, unlike conventional screeners.
This special vibration transmission also enables automatically adjustable cleaning impulses to free the screen mesh from stuck material at regular intervals, thereby reducing clogging and preventing costly production downtimes.
Furthermore, RHEWUM vibration screens with direct excitation allow fixed connections which completely avoid dust emissions and therefore comply with ATEX regulations.
Vibrating Screen RHEsono®
Vibrating screening machines of the type RHEsono®, designed for precise screening in the narrow particle size range of fine to medium grains, are equipped with an automatic cleaning system.
A high-frequency knocker shaft movement throws the screening material off the screen mesh at a 90° angle – the inclination of the mesh enables the screening material to be transported over the screen. Robust electromagnets operate outside the screen housing, transmitting the vibrations directly into the screen cloth via swinging axes. These vibrations, specifically tailored for narrow particle size screening, ensure efficient and accurate separation of the desired grain sizes.

Vibratory Sieve RHEmoto®
Vibratory sieves of the type RHEmoto® are utilized for precise separations within the fine and medium particle size range, specifically for aggregates. With automatic cleaning and a significant number of motors, these screens ensure utmost reliability.
Maintenance-free unbalanced motors located outside the screen housing transmit high-frequency vibrations via swinging axes directly into the screen mesh. Vibratory Sieve RHEfino®
The combination of the RHEsono and RHEmoto screening machines with direct excitation of the screening mesh is used for precise screening in the fine to medium grain range.
In the upper decks, the unbalance motors provide the necessary vibration amplitude to efficiently mix medium to fine grains, while in the lower decks electromagnetic vibrating heads provide the necessary acceleration for deagglomeration of fine to very fine grains. Both drives have cyclically adjustable cleaning functions, which support a permanent keeping free of screen cloths even with difficult material.
