Mixed Flow Fan Product Description

We developed the MXFL product line with direct input from the Agricultural Industry, ensuring that it meets the specific needs and requirements of this sector. Our dedicated product engineers meticulously customized the design, incorporating innovative features that significantly enhance fan reliability for Agricultural drying and ventilation applications.

Unlike standard axial fans that pass air through in a straight line or standard centrifugal fans that do so at a 90-degree angle, the mixed flow design directs the airflow at a 45-degree angle. This unique configuration ensures optimal performance. They operate with higher efficiency with lower sound levels and reduced operating costs compared to similarly sized axial and centrifugal fans.

MXFL – This model ranges in size from 300-807, offering a wide range of options to suit different requirements. It is available in construction class II and greater, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance. The MXFL product line is tested and rated per the Air Movement & Control Association (AMCA) Standard 210 for aerodynamic performance.

Common Applications
  • General Ventilation: Agricultural environments need a heavier duty product for their general ventilation than the light-duty mixed-flow fans typically offer for commercial and residential applications.

    Drying: Rice, grain, beans, corn, and other agricultural products must maintain specific moisture levels after harvesting and during storage to maintain quality, safety, and overall marketability. Drying systems are used to make sure this happens, and our mixed flow fans play a key role in these systems.
