Young Industries, Inc patented STINGER conveyor is the best solution for transferring difficult-to-handle products. The STINGER conveyor works best on products that are cohesive such as pigments, carbon black, talcs, clays, sterates and other similar materials.

The conveyor uses TransFlow® technology to precisely control the conveying air and condition the product. This causes difficult-to-handle product to move in the conveyor pipe.

Using the STINGER conveyor with a bulk bag unloading frame has made the unloading and transferring of TIO2, Carbon Black and other hard to handle products convey reliably over a distance of 100 feet horizontally, 30 feet vertically and through several elbows at rates up to 80,000 pounds per hour.
