The Model 3CXS-2536C Core Shredder is designed to efficiently and economically shred paper cores of varying lengths into baleable pieces that are easy to convey via a pneumatic scrap removal system. It utilizes the same proven, ultimate-performance shredder design that BloApCo has provided to various industry segments for multiple generations.
Features / Low RPM Design
- Low noise: The high torque, low speed operation combined with pierce-and-tear shredding make the BloApCo core shredder the quietest available, with an operating level below 80 db. Can be conveniently located anywhere in the manufacturing area.
- Less dust: Slow speed pierce-and-tear shredding produces virtually no dust. Any dust that results is contained within the shredder and captured by the air system.
- No knives: Durable, cast-iron ripper wheels never need sharpening.
- Engineered to ensure operator safety: Low RPM protects against fire hazards and catastrophic failures.
- Auto jog reverse: The shredder automatically stops and reverses to clear any material jams.
- Controls are contained in a NEMA 12 enclosure, prewired to the shredder for easy installation.
